Bella is a beautiful 10-week-old purebred lab.
She was surrendered to a veterinary clinic by her owner who wanted her
euthanized because she is paralyzed in her back legs, probably caused
by a fall when she was a few weeks old. The staff could not bring
themselves to put such a darling and otherwise healthy dog down.
Bella is now being fostered by volunteers of 2nd Chance 4 Pets
while she is being evaluated, fitted for a special cart and receiving
therapy! Bella will need extensive veterinary care over the next few
years so we are looking for help to cover her expenses including a
new dog wheelchair.
